I enjoyed them so much I wanted to share them with everyone. After all, who doesn't love a story that makes them smile?
The Twilight Train by sherryola
Summary: Edward joins his family to celebrate Alice's wedding on a cross-country train trip. Bella left Edward 5 years before and he doesn't believe in miracles anymore. Can a father's love and a pixie sister make everything right again? The Christmas train, twilight style. Guaranteed happy ending.
A fun whimsy story of lost love, found love, frustration, and of course, a HEA. Only 4 chapters but they move quickly. Warning, you will definitely want to give Bella a smack in this one but all turns out well and happy. This is a story that will make you smile and it's a nicely written little holiday snuggle. Definitely brought a smile to my face.
A Different Kind of Christmas by naelany
Summary: After losing Alice, Jasper isn't sure how to celebrate the holidays with their daughter Bella. Can a neighbor asking for help turn out to be the answer?
A story that will tug at the heart and bring a tear to your eye. It is a must read that will still warm you all over. We start out with Jasper, after losing Alice in a terrible accident, trying to keep the family traditions alive, he is baking cookies with Bella. Yep, Bella. Nice little twist on canon with Bella as the daughter. And a very precocious little girl she is. We meet Edward, the new neighbor who has locked himself out of his apartment. Edward also has a heavy heart recently moving to escape the sadness. And with all the sadness these three carry, the story is uplifting and will make you smile. A story I would love to see continue.
Hail To The V, Batman & Robin by PMU
Summary: Christmas gift for Credoroza - Edward & Carlisle | Rated T | Humor & Romance
Smexy, funny, slashy goodness. The pairings are really thought provoking, Leah and Jasper, Edward and Carlisle. I am still laughing as I write this. PMU is a wonderful writer. She falls in to a darker more dramatic genre though. I love her stories, they really grab a hold of you but they are deep and compelling. But when talking to her on a personal level, she is a hoot! I asked one evening if she ever writes fluff and how cool it would be if she did. Well....Hail to the V, Batman and Robin is what we got! I was super surprised when she posted it and loved the wit and sarcasm peppered through out! I don't want to give out spoilers, so you have to read it, you won't regret it and will actually want more. An absolute hoot and you will be cracking up by the end scratching your head at these hysterical pairs and some awesome underwear!
Wishing everyone a very happy holiday and joyous New Year!
