"I am a newbie, a virgin in the writing community if you must."

And that she is. Viv is brand spanking new to the Fandom. I met Viv just a short time ago on Twitter, and isn't that where we all meet?

She had no avi, no profile link, and not many followers. I immediately thought spammer. The only note on her profile was that she was a FF writer. So I checked her FF profile and there she was telling all she is new to the Fandom and working on a story. So I followed her back. But I had to tell her, "you need an avi and you need to link your FF profile". Viv responded back not realizing on Twitter, you could be thought of as a spammer with the "egg" avi and no profile. She thanked me and went to work on that. A few days later she tweeted me letting me know she is linked and had an avi.

Since then, Viv has kept me updated on what she has been working on. One of the first things she participated in was the Pic Your Fic Contest. Her story Grenade was amazing. Though tauted as romance/drama, Grenade was angst. And very well written angst. By the time I finished the story, my belly was in knots. Keep in mind the contest was anonymous so I had no idea it was Viv's story. I was truly awe struck when I discovered it was her and let her know. Sadly, she didn't win but it was a great experience for her none the less.

Viv is also participating in The Twilight Twenty-Five. Have you checked this challenge out? You should. It is amazing. The writers participating have to write 25 drabbles or one-shots in a 3 month period based on prompts of a word or a picture. I have no idea how any of them are able to do this but the work being turned out is phenomenal.

Viv has been turning out some amazing work writing drabbles and one shots for the challenge. She has 18 of them posted so far and each is better than the next. So far my favorite drabbles are chapter's 9, 11, and 15. And my favorite one shot is chapter 18. And do you know why? Because Viv wrote it for me! That's what a truly nice person she is. I was so foaming at the mouth over Grenade that she offered to write an angst one shot for me. No one has ever done that and I was so touched. I picked a prompt from Round 5 and she wrote it and dedicated to me. Obviously being written for me is one thing, but it really is a wonderful piece of angst. If you are an angst lover, you need to check it out.

Viv aka Lonely Housewife Confessions is truly an upcoming writer in the Fandom. She is also a really nice and friendly person. Her work is amazing and you should check her out. Also give her a follow, she really is someone to watch.  You will love her, I know I do.

"Don't," she whispers.
"Don't what? Don't leave. Why not? You want me to walk around this town looking miserable? Will that make you happy? Do you want to see me suffer more than I already have?"
"No."
I stuff my hands in my pockets and hang my head; I am defeated. I have nothing left. "You just don't get it. I love you more than life itself. I would never hurt you like this. Never in a million years did I expect you to walk out on us."
"I didn't know what to do."
"How about ask me? How about corner me and knock the shit out of me. You just gave up. I have fought for you every time. I didn't let anything get in the way. Relationships are work; things aren't always going to be smooth sailing. When you love someone you fight for them, you don't just walk out."

If you love angst, go check out Grenade. My belly hurt as I was reading it. That is a sure sign of a well written angst story!

    1. I'm so sad to see these stories pulled along with Viv's twitter. I really enjoyed reading her stories. I hope to see them come back.
