Some things are left undone, some words are left unsaid, some feelings are left unexpressed, but someone as sweet as you could never be left unmissed...

I knew Christina through twitter and her story, To Whom The Bells Toll. It is a fabulous story, a very different Twilight twist and was so  thrilled she was finally able to complete it.

I remember when she stopped posting for months and was saddened because I just loved it. When she came back and told us she had cancer, I felt horribly selfish. You just never know what goes on in people's real lives. When Christina had the set back, I knew it wasn't good, but was still totally stunned with her passing. It was just so fast.

I remember reading her tumblr post last February and knew then she was at the end of her journey. I wrote to her again, but understood she was very sick at that point and did not expect a response. Her final words struck such a chord with me. Her strength and grace to accept her fate was inspiring and heart wrenching. I can only hope I might one day possess even a small amount of her faith and strength.

I still have her tumblr post in my docs. It is still one of the most inspiring pieces I have ever read, though it makes me cry every time.

Christina touched my life. And not knowing her personally does not diminish that feeling.

I was truly saddened by her passing and can only hope she has found the peace she truly deserved.

I am very thankful for her words as well as her stories. Gifts to us all. I will always be able to have those memories and she will live on forever through her words.

She was God's light for a short time that shined on many of us in the fandom.
