We are pleased to announce our new One-Shot Contest theme:

Throw readers for a loop, use subterfuge, or be obvious about it while hiding the truth from other characters—but give us a story about things or people that are not what they seem. A psychologist who belongs in the mental institution, a cop gone bad, someone living a lie.

We are accepting both original and fandom entries as long as they incorporate the contest theme.
