Fresh out of college, Hailey Wells left the hustle and bustle of Chicago to accept a first-year teaching job in the cloudy coastal town of Clallam Bay. Across the country and away from everyone she knew, she found herself building new friendships and quietly observing the actions of her next door neighbor, local charmer Collin Locke. The two forged an unlikely friendship, but for Hailey, it became much more.
