Photobucket

This is a bit different than my usual one shot rec's I normally post. It's not a drabble by any means which I am not a big fan of, but it is definitely not the usual short story that you will come across either.

You really have to see it to understand when I say "how did she do that?"

Twitter Dark Story

Summary: "I conceived this story on Twitter, in blocks of 140 characters at a time, it is choppy and has little punctuation, but it does tell a very dark story, very unlike my usual style, so I thought I would share. Hope you enjoy and take the time to review."

Well I saw it, loved it, and left a review. It was the most amazing and challenging one shot I've come across in a while.

Personally, I can barely chat with someone cohesively on twitter just rambling nonsense. But to actually write a story this way has got to be extremely challenging, but Miami True has done just that.

I've read TDS a few times and come up with the same conclusion each time, a true one shot. Complete with actual story line and characterizations. I've read drabbles that take numerous chapters to figure out what is going on and here's a story written in "Twitterese".

Not much more I can say except check it out, I am certain you will be as amazed as I was.

And the best thing I've discovered, coming across a really original writer willing to take chances and challenge herself.
